• Decide if you’ll need temporary storage (either for overflow items, holiday decorations, things you’re just not ready to say “bye” to, etc.)
• Order packing supplies or schedule professional packing
• Start packing decor, books, and seasonal items

• Confirm your move window
• Start packing non-essentials
• Label boxes by room and priority
• Set aside important documents
• Notify schools, doctors, subscriptions, and utilities

• Pack most of your home
• Set aside a “first night” box
• Dispose of hazardous items
• Confirm details with your mover
• Finalize your new address changes

1 Week Before

• Finish packing (or call us to add any last minute packing to our plate)
• Empty and defrost fridge and freezer
• Disassemble large furniture (or let us handle it)
• Confirm arrival time with your moving crew
